Vicem 50 Classic set to debut at PBIBS 2021 and more updates from the yard

Vicem Yachts is proud to announce the arrival of the first two hulls of the all-new Vicem 50 Classic in the United States. With third and fourth orders currently under construction at the boatbuilder’s yard in Istanbul, Turkey, the builder is off to a fast start with the recently introduced fiberglass model.

The Vicem 50 Classic is a 27-plus-knot, two-stateroom express cruiser that is built to accommodate a wide arrangement of owner preferences and tastes. Vicem is happy to work with owners on anything from the option of adding a flybridge to interior arrangements, wood choices, and countertop selections, making this 50-footer a semi-custom rarity in the industry.

For prospective owners who have only had the chance to see the boat in pictures, Vicem is pleased to announce that hull #1 will, in fact, make her public debut at the upcoming Palm Beach International Boat Show in West Palm Beach, Florida, March 25-28. Stateside representation will be there to introduce customers to the 50 Classic as well as other model options available from Vicem.
 

The 50 Classic will follow the path of the fall boat show circuit along the eastern seaboard, currently scheduled to appear at the Newport International Boat Show in Rhode Island (September 16-19), the Annapolis Powerboat Show (October 7-10), and the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (October 27-31). In addition to the 50 Classic, prospective owners can also board the Vicem 67 cruiser, which launched last year but was never shown due to the global pandemic.

For owners looking for a little more room, Vicem Yachts is also busy with a fiberglass version of their 65 Classic. Having already sold the first three units, the yard projects to ship 65 Classic (fiberglass hull #1) by October 2021. Due to the demand on this model, Vicem also offers owners the flexibility to build the 65 Classic in either fiberglass or their world-class cold-molded construction process. The cold-molded option does take slightly longer but the builder’s quality standard in either case never wavers.
 

An other exciting news, two additional models have sold to Turkish owners - a Vicem 55 Classic (fiberglass model) and a Vicem 77 Classic (cold-molded version) - both are currently under construction and set for delivery this May and June, respectively.
