Long Island 86’ Power

JFA Yachts continues the development of its “Long Island” catamaran range. Two 85' sailing and one 78' Power yacht have already been built in the French shipyard.

Today, JFA Yachts present the Long Island 86 Power and stay firmly ahead of the motor catamaran market; the Long Island are the only ones to have an aluminum hull and a composite deck.

With generous dimensions and proportions, this splendid catamaran will offer volume and brightness, a high quality cruising experience, reliability and performance as well as an unparalleled build quality specific to the know-how of JFA Yachts.

The Long Island 86 Power can be offered with a conventional or a hybrid propulsion system in order to be able to move in silent mode between 2 anchorages.

Designed by Marc Lombard Design Group for the naval Architecture along with the JFA Yachts design department and Nicolas Purnu of 3 Lignes office, the version presented today is characterized by a very large fly bridge. With a helm station, a sheltered bar and a large lounge with many seats, this upper deck allows to create different and private spaces and to enjoy spectacular sea views.

It is also possible to opt for a superstructure with an enclosed wheelhouse, as made on the Long Island 78 Power. The roof will be fitted with solar panels to provide electricity while the yacht is at anchor and to reduce the use of the generator.

On the foredeck, and accessible from the indoor lounge, a Jacuzzi completes the comfort of an intimate space for enjoyable moments of relaxation and warmth.

The Long Island 86 Power has a vast outdoor/indoor living space on the main deck, thanks to an exceptional deck width of over 37 feet. The outdoor dining area, sheltered and shaded, the living room and the comfortable sunbathing will offer the guests to share unforgettable outdoors moments.

The aft platform, where the tender is secured at sea, is easily convertible in a relaxation area or a beach, ideal for launching the diverse water toys.

Faithful to its collaboration with JFA Yachts, Darnet Design will once again sign an interior design with a personalized atmosphere to its future owner.

The Long Island 86 Power is designed for eight guests with four beautiful bright cabins including an owner's cabin. She will be able to accommodate up to four crew members.
