The Pearl 62 looks forward to her first official showing in France at the 2021 Cannes Yachting Festival, where she is to be accompanied by her larger sisters Pearl 80 and Pearl 95 making this Pearl’s largest presence ever in Cannes.
Pearl is pleased to announce the yard’s participation in the 2021 Cannes Yachting Festival 2021 from the 7th to the 12th of September. This will be the Pearl 62’s debut at Cannes and this year, the shipyard has a new location on Quai Max Laubeuf to accommodate potential clients.
That means the Pearl 80 and Pearl 95 will share the stage as well, offering guests a complete picture of how exterior designer Bill Dixon and interior designer Kelly Hoppen CBE are a perfect match for the brand, flawlessly adapting their world-famous styling to each size-class.The result is a testament to atelier shipbuilding, where each model is recognized as a member of the Pearl family while retaining an identifying personal sparkle.
The Flagship
The Pearl 95, Pearl’s flagship, boasts a full beam owner’s cabin on the main deck, as well as an expansive beach club with fold down buttresses.
Design with Distinction by Kelly Hoppen CBE
Every Pearl is a canvas, upon which the unmistakable design philosophy of Kelly Hoppen CBE takes shape into a unique and surprising yet coordinated interior. She and her team apply a magic touch to every detail, bestowing upon each space paradisiacal physical comfort and state-of-mind. For owners, this means the very dream one buys a yacht to realize: to feel in place wherever one goes, to find one’s intuitions reflected in the environment, and to keep the mind sharp without an edge. In other words, Kelly is an expert at creating things as they should be. Owners can choose from a selection of themes, expertly curated by Kelly, to express their personal taste.
The Unparalleled 24-Meter
The Pearl 80 reaches a top speed of 35 knots, with her spectacular flybridge, hydraulic bathing platform and accommodation for eight guests and two crew.
The Luxurious Pearl 62
Measuring 18.6M, this model features a finely styled exterior by revered British yacht designer Bill Dixon, with interior design by Kelly Hoppen CBE. The Pearl 62 is the only yacht in this size class to offer accommodation for eight guests across four cabins, including a full beam owner’s suite with a private entrance - plus the owner’s choice of a crew cabin or jet ski garage. Designed around optimizing the owner’s experience, other highlights include an aft galley open to the cockpit, a vast flybridge, a foredeck lounge all with the benefit of Volvo IPS pod drive propulsion and joystick control.
Speaking about the coming Cannes Yachting Festival, Pearl Yachts Managing Director, Iain Smallridge said, “This year’s Cannes Yachting Festival is important to us for more reasons than ever. Beyond the significance the event holds for the industry, this year, we have a significant presence in Cannes. We are bringing together all of the current Pearl fleet in a new location where we can meet new customers and entertain our existing owners.”
