The 40 DS is a perfect yacht for those looking to cruise in comfort and luxury and all with the beautiful 360° panoramic views offered through the deck saloon windows. The forward cockpit spaciously seats seven people and there is a separate "sailing" cockpit where all the lines run and the helmsman sits which enables the boat to easily be handled by one.

Below deck there are three double cabins, one forward and one aft and one below the deck saloon seating, a passage galley, two heads both with showers, a large chart table and of course the wonderfully light and spacious deck saloon. There is also a secondary 'evening' saloon towards the aft cabin.

The hull and deck are hand laminated with a sandwich construction for strength and insulation. The bottom of the boat is solid laminate reinforced with a steel frame for strength and rigidity.
