New Central Agency for sale
Camper & Nicholsons is delighted to announce its appointment as worldwide Central Agent of Corto Maltese. Corto Maltese is a 37m luxury sailing yacht. Originally a ketch-rigged yacht, Corto Maltese underwent an incredible conversion to become a sloop-rigged vessel with a new keel configuration.
Every nut, bolt, and item of furniture was renewed as part of the rebuild, and the results are exceptional. She is a superyacht in all aspects and benefits from a splendid Dutch quality of construction and finishings.
Further refits and dedicated maintenance work, including a recent full repaint of the exterior and a new wardrobe of sails, see Corto Maltese presented for sale in immaculate condition.
Corto Maltese offers accommodation for eight guests in four cabins. The full-beam master suite enjoys direct access to the yacht’s stern, and the en suite features his-and-hers sinks.
The remaining guest accommodation comprises two double cabins and a twin with an additional Pullman berth. Separate crew quarters are located in the bow.
The main saloon features a relaxing lounge and formal interior dining area, with the dining table on the aft deck offering an al fresco space for eight.
Further seating is found in the pilot house, and a bank of sun pads on Corto Maltese’s flybridge make the most of the elevated vantage point. Corto Maltese’s interior adopts a classic style and quality finishes are found in all areas – teak and mahogany woods run throughout, the bathrooms feature Botticino and spring rose marble, and the galley has granite countertops.
Corto Maltese is offered for sale with a VAT paid status, her 15-year RINA survey completed, and the yacht is LY2 compliant. Maintained to the highest standards, boasting excellent seaworthiness, and with an appealing charter potential, this yacht is a rare find.
